It looks like my wife and I will be relocating later this year so my banjo building will be suspended for a while.Some tools, heavy wood stock, etc ,and a few early banjos-most playable-are available.Inquire if interested. Thanks for your past patronage.

Next meeting at the Pencader Museum will be Dec 18.
In the morning there will be the just completed Civil War era fretless skinhead banjo and possibly others. There will aloso be woodcarvins for Xmas stocking stuffers.

Any interest in the ‘Lighthouse’ banjo? It really is one of a kind.
Also, the 20″ 8″ head banjo is gone, and the owner says his nieces love it so much he wants me to help him build two more, which I’m delighted to do for the kids. The 18″ red alum is still avail, at 135 now. There must be a kid somewhere who needs that one. The other 18 is a scaled down copy of a 1930′s dowel stick open back and is more appropriate for an adult, but it deserves a player, so how about $595 (original price custom built would have been $995).
